About this role
A fast-growing global fintech client is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact B2B events across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role sits within the marketing function and works closely with regional sales, partnerships, and growth teams.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, including industry events, executive roundtables, customer meetups, and proprietary forums
- Own all event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, budgets, run sheets, and on-site coordination
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams to align events with commercial and pipeline objectives
- Ensure every event delivers a consistent and high-quality brand experience, from content and speakers to production and visual identity
- Work closely with demand and growth teams to drive registrations, qualified leads, and measurable ROI
- Manage timelines across multiple concurrent events, ensuring flawless delivery under tight deadlines
- Capture post-event insights, including attendee feedback, performance metrics, and recommendations to improve future programs
