Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general Final Cleaning on construction sites.
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, rubble, and materials.
- Assist skilled trades and other team members as needed.
- Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely.
- Final clean-up of completed areas, including detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, fixtures, and flooring.
- Handle and store materials properly; pick up and secure tools and equipment daily.
- Follow all job site safety procedures and report any hazards or violations immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite through attention to detail and constant awareness of surroundings.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English preferably.
- No experience is required. We are willing to train candidates who are coachable and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in construction or job site cleaning is a plus.
- Must be able to:
- Lift 50–70+ lbs.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Work in, on, around, and under equipment and structures.
- Climb ladders, work on lifts, and use scaffolding.
- Must always wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Job Sites are located throughout New England, so all applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and work well with others.
- High regards for safety and cleanliness is essential.
