Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring across our organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing budgets, analysing cost drivers, monitoring spend across the departments, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Working closely with Finance, Commercial & Marketing, Product, Operations, People and Compliance teams, the Financial Analyst will help ensure the business achieves its financial objectives while operating within budgetary requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Budgeting
Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets across multiple jurisdictions.
Assist department leaders in developing detailed operating budgets.
Monitor budget performance and provide regular budget-to-actual analysis.
Identify budget risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Governance & Compliance
Support financial planning processes in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Assist with budget reviews, and management reporting requirements.
Ensure financial data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efficiency.
Main Requirements
Experience working with large datasets and performance analytics is highly desirable.
Previous experience within the iGaming, online gaming, betting, fintech, or digital entertainment industry is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, or commercial finance is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of XERO and financial planning systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
