This is an office-based role with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to €30K-€35K plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts, month-end reports, reconciliations, and payment requests
Assist with audits and prepare annual financial statements
Prepare VAT and tax returns
Prepare monthly budgets, cash flow forecasts, and loan schedules
Post invoices, journal entries, and payment runs
Education, Skills & Experience
ACCA part-qualified or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role in Malta – non-negotiable
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Good understanding of Maltese VAT and regulations
Proficient in MS 365 applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
