Job responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact with banks and headquarters for day-to-day financial transactions.

• Process payments across the APAC region, including bank transfers and H2H (Host-to-Host) payments.

• Oversee the management of bank and H2H payment accounts.

• Implement and enhance automation within financial systems.

• Provide payment-related support to departments such as Order Operations, Delivery, Sales, and GSM.

• Liaise with banks and payment vendors on behalf of APAC entities.

• Assist with month-end closing procedures.

• Support both internal and external audit processes.

• Assist with bank account openings, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, signatory updates, and other administrative requirements.

• Prepare and manage finance/banking documentation.

• Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or payment processing roles.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and payment processing systems.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Working location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
