Responsibilities

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network functionalities.
- Educate users on efficiently utilizing various applications and systems.
- Keep thorough records of support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute suggestions for enhancing support processes.
- Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and they are pleased with the support received.
- Stay informed about new technologies and updates to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
