In this essential role, you will be the primary consultant for our enterprise clients who speak Finnish, offering them expert guidance and support to navigate their business landscape. Your insights and strategic advice will be vital in helping clients achieve their objectives and foster lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking enterprise clients, addressing their inquiries and providing dedicated support.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses to offer tailored and effective solutions.
• Engage in detailed consultations to assist clients in implementing strategies that align with their business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
• Build and sustain robust client relationships to ensure seamless communication and ongoing engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with timely and valuable insights.
• Support clients in overcoming obstacles and maximizing their engagement with our services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a client management role, especially with enterprise-level clients.
• Strong understanding of business solutions and the ability to consult effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
