Responsibilities

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within the support management system.
  • Educate customers on product features and provide practical tips to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and service updates to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
