About this role
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Food manufacturing facility
- Exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, and food allergens
- Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, hairnets, beard nets, and safety glasses
- Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality
- Perform routine equipment checks and minor troubleshooting
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area
- Assist with changeovers, line setup, and breakdowns
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor immediately
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Day & Night; 12 hour shifts/7 days a week.
(Day, 6am-6:30pm) (Night, 6pm-6:30am)
Unlimited Overtime available
Pay: $17.00/hr.
Location: Raymond, WI.

Requirements
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or food production preferred
- Experience operating machinery in a production environment
