- Diagnose mechanical issues in forklifts and other material handling equipment.

- Document all work performed and parts used on service tickets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the repair area and tools.
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry advancements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive or mechanical technology preferred.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely manner.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
