About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer in our Voice AI team, you will be the primary technical owner for client deployments on our B2B voicebot platform. You'll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy voicebot solutions, build customisations, resolve production issues, and ensure ongoing success- acting as the bridge between our platform's capabilities and the client's business needs.

What you will do
Own end-to-end client onboarding, from requirement gathering and solution design to platform configuration, UAT, and production go-live
Conduct technical discovery sessions to map client needs
Design custom conversation flows and integration logic for clients
Develop POCs and prototypes for development
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack
Build technical solutions to bridge gaps between our platform and client systems
Stay updated with emerging tech cultures and identify the right opportunities to implement them
Contribute to improving onboarding frameworks and FDE tooling
What you will need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in software engineering or forward deployed engineering or a client-facing technical delivery role in a B2B SaaS or AI product company
Proficiency in Python and/or Go with hands-on experience building and debugging technical systems
Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and basic containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes)
Working knowledge of Voice AI concepts- ASR, TTS, LLM- or strong willingness to learn rapidly
Exposure to telephony infrastructure (SIP, VoIP, CPaaS providers) is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills- ability to explain a production outage to a CXO and a config change to a developer in the same meeting
Structured problem-solving approach
Prior experience with conversational AI platforms, contact center tech or LLM-based applications is highly preferred
