FP&A Analyst (ED)

The FP&A Accountant will play a critical role in supporting financial planning,analysis,and reporting activities.This position will involve collaborating with various departments to develop budgets,forecasts,and financial models that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial analysis,including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process,including developing financial models and scenario analyses.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and forecasts.
• Utilize financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance,or related field.
• 2+years of experience in FP&A,financial analysis,or a related role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling,forecasting,and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software(ERP,Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work US hours
