We are looking for a Business/System Analyst to support payment case handling solutions used by internal bank employees. You will work at the intersection of business needs and technology, analysing existing systems, improving processes, and ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse legacy and cloud-based services supporting payment case handling processes.
• Gather, document, and maintain business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners by clarifying backlog items and supporting prioritisation decisions.
• Participate in technical discussions to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
• Support testing activities, including defect investigation and resolution.
• Analyse payment workflows and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with payment systems, payment processes, or financial services solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and document complex requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience analysing cloud-based and legacy systems.
• Experience supporting software testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
