Front Office Staff

•The receptionist's goal is to handle any questions visitors have, and put them in first contact with relevant people within the hospital.

•Ensure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets).

•Train, supervise and support company staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.

•Ensure timely and accurate customer service.

•Minimum Highschool Graduate/ Diploma (D3) Degree from Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any related major
