Role: Senior Full‑Stack Developer

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend components for websites and digital platforms.

• Build, maintain, and document RESTful APIs and legacy services (including WCF when needed).

• Design, query, and optimize SQL Server databases.

• Contribute to AI architecture and strategy, including:

  • AI agents design & lifecycle

  • Orchestration of AI workflows

  • Deployment of AI‑powered features into production

• Lead or co-lead AI initiatives from PoC to scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, data, and product teams.

• Promote best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and security.

• Act as a technical reference and mentor within the team.

Required Experience & Skills

Backend & Microsoft Stack

• 5+ years with .NET / .NET Core.

• Strong experience in backend architecture and web development.

• SQL Server and ADO.NET.

• REST API design and implementation.

• Familiarity with Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA).

• Dependency injection (Castle Windsor is a plus).

DXP / CMS Platforms

• Experience with enterprise DXP/CMS platforms, ideally:

  • Sitecore, Optimizely, Umbraco

• Solid understanding of:

  • Content modelling

  • Headless & hybrid CMS architectures

  • Integrations between CMS/DXP, .NET backends, and React/Next.js frontends

• Experience extending DXP platforms with:

  • Custom components and services

  • Personalization, experimentation, analytics

  • Composable and API‑first architectures

Cloud, DevOps & Quality

• Experience building and integrating solutions on Microsoft Azure.

• CI/CD pipeline knowledge.

• Unit testing frameworks (xUnit, Rhino Mocks, etc.).

• Website performance monitoring and optimization.

Frontend & Mobile

• Experience with React and Next.js.

• Experience in mobile development (native or cross‑platform).

AI & Data

• Hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML development:

  • AI agents and orchestration frameworks

  • Prompt engineering, evaluation, fine-tuning

  • LangChain / LangGraph

  • RAG pipelines

• Integration of Python-based AI services with .NET and Azure environments.
