We need a dedicated team member that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.

General Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • · 18 years of age or older
  • · 50+ Hour Work Week – Including Evenings and Weekends
  • · Advanced Computer Skills
  • · Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
  • · 4+ years of successful management experience
  • · Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
  • · Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
  • Responsibilities

  • Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues
  • Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives
  • Drive business for your site of operation
  • Develop your team and manage corrective action
  • Repair minor mechanical issues
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
  • Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
  • Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
  • Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
  • Manage all fiscal responsibility for site
