About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering both physical and human geography, as well as environmental issues.
- Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that incorporate fieldwork, map skills, data analysis, and discussion of contemporary geographical challenges.
- Assess student progress through fieldwork reports, presentations, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to enhance their geographical understanding.
- Organize and lead fieldwork opportunities to diverse locations.
- Contribute to the development of the geography curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Geography.
- A strong understanding of the secondary geography curriculum and effective teaching methodologies, including fieldwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate male students in geography.
- Proficiency in using geographical software and resources.
- A passion for the subject and a commitment to fostering environmental awareness.
