    • Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that incorporate fieldwork, map skills, data analysis, and discussion of contemporary geographical challenges.
    • Assess student progress through fieldwork reports, presentations, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to enhance their geographical understanding.
    • Organize and lead fieldwork opportunities to diverse locations.
    • Contribute to the development of the geography curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives.
  • Ideal Candidate:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Geography.
    • A strong understanding of the secondary geography curriculum and effective teaching methodologies, including fieldwork.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate male students in geography.
    • Proficiency in using geographical software and resources.
    • A passion for the subject and a commitment to fostering environmental awareness.
