In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to electric vehicles and our associated services. Your fluency in German will be crucial in ensuring clients receive the best possible advice and assistance.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with clients through various channels, addressing their questions and concerns regarding electric vehicles and providing comprehensive product information. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sustainable transportation and who excel in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in German via phone, email, and live chat regarding electric vehicle inquiries
• Resolve client issues and provide detailed information on electric vehicle products and services
• Accurately document client interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address and resolve complex client requests
• Educate clients on the benefits and functionalities of electric vehicles
• Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and offerings
• Maintain a friendly and professional image of Mercier Consultancy in all client interactions

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferable
• Interest or knowledge in electric vehicles and sustainable technology is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is advantageous
