As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with clients to address their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product information. Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients in German through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to our products and services
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work with cross-functional teams to handle more complex client issues
• Educate clients on how to effectively use our products for optimal satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or a similar position is preferred
