Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative within our Dating & Social Networking Apps Department for one of our clients! In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries related to our apps and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries regarding account issues, app features, and user safety
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our customer management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex user issues
- Educate users about best practices for using our dating and social networking apps
- Collect user feedback to help improve our services and app functionality
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on app features and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
