Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via email, phone, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about gaming products, services, and events
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues
• Provide detailed information regarding game features, esports tournaments, and promotions
• Gather client feedback to inform improvements in our offerings
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on gaming trends and platform changes

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, ideally in the gaming or esports industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
