German Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant

Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a German Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant to join our dedicated Online Media Department. This role is integral in providing top-tier support to our German-speaking clients, helping them leverage our search engine services to achieve their online marketing goals. Your fluency in German and customer service expertise will enable you to assist clients effectively while fostering strong, professional relationships.

In this role, you will address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and educate clients on best practices regarding search engine optimization and advertising strategies. You will be a valuable resource for clients aiming to enhance their visibility within the digital landscape, driving their success through our various offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients related to our search engine services via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems related to clients' online media campaigns
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and ensure effective follow-up
• Advise clients on optimizing their search engine usage and advertising effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex client inquiries and improve service delivery
• Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance our services
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on achieving client satisfaction
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online media or digital marketing, is preferred
