GMO Contract Management Manager

Job Description:

• Tender process for several core pillars in GMO (General Management Office) Function including Mining Operations, Heavy Equipment, Mine Supporting Equipment/Infrastructure and Geology & Survey.
• Contract management including negotiation, awarding, contract drafting and approval for 5 Core Pilar.
• To support and handle Tender & Contractor Management (contract process, performance evaluation, claim, contractual issues, etc.)
• Commercial evaluation.
• To manage the contractors (claim, resolving issue) as well as to manage the contract process (provide new contract and/or contract amendment)

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mining, Engineering, Statistics and etc).
• Project Management
• Experience in managing a team
• Contract Compliance and management (draft-approval)
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in handling tender process and contract management
