Global Commissioning is seeking ambitious, motivated and technically minded graduates to join our Graduate Commissioning Engineer Programme. This structured two-year development programme is designed to provide hands-on experience, technical training and mentoring from industry experts, preparing you for a successful career within the rapidly growing data centre industry.
As a Graduate Commissioning Engineer, you will gain exposure to some of the world's most complex and innovative mission-critical facilities while working alongside experienced commissioning professionals across the UK and Europe.
What You'll Do
During the programme, you will:
- Complete a structured induction programme covering business operations, project delivery, health & safety and commissioning fundamentals.
- Work alongside experienced engineers on live data centre projects.
- Gain exposure to all phases of commissioning, from design reviews and factory acceptance testing through to integrated systems testing and project handover.
- Develop technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical and control systems.
- Participate in structured mentoring with experienced industry professionals.
- Complete quarterly development reviews and technical assessments.
- Build practical site experience while developing leadership and project management skills.

- Are on track to achieve, or have achieved, a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Are eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Can demonstrate initiative, accountability and a positive attitude.
- Are willing to travel and work on project sites across the UK and Europe.
- Hold a full driving licence (desirable).
