Responsibilities:

• Maintain a guide to communicating with customers to build the company's identity.
• Responsible for social media designs.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into creative designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all platforms and materials.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality and originality of projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on final designs to ensure accuracy and consistency before production or publication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant digital design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within a team and take constructive feedback.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
