Job
Profile: Taking inbound calls for printer, router and antivirus issues
from the customer. the issue and recommending the best plan to the
customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.

Candidate Profile:

Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year

Must know how to close their own calls.

Must have good convincing and sales skills.

Salary:Rs.10,000-20000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives

Shift : 8:30pm-6:30am

Working Days: 6 days(rotational Off 1 day)
