This role combines SDR execution, automation, and AI, with a strong focus on building systems that deliver results at scale.

TL;DR

  • Own the pipeline generation engine
  • Own outbound systems and automation
  • Own SDR performance and output
  • Partner with the Head of Sales and CRO on strategy and pipelinepriorities

What you’ll do

  • Design and build the outbound engine end-to-end: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, outreach, follow-ups, and re-engagement
  • ManageSDR efforts supporting multiple AEs.Own SDR performance, productivity, and output
  • Implement automation using tools like n8n, Make, and AI-agents drivenworkflows
  • Connect and manage data across CRM, Sales Navigator, APIs, and other sources
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
  • Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion performance
  • Define scripts, cadences, and workflows aligned with pipeline generation
  • Guide SDRs to move opportunities from first touch through meetings and into trials
  • Discoverand re-engage inactive opportunities by funnel huntingin the CRM and bring them back into the pipeline
  • Work closely with AEs to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Participate in call reviews, discovery, and ongoing optimization

What we’re looking for

  • Experience building outbound or GTM systemsMUST
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such asAI agents,n8n or Make
  • Familiarity with HubSpot
  • Solid understanding of outbound channels (cold email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Experience managing or building SDR teams

How success is measured

  • Pipeline generated
  • Conversion rates across stages (lead → meeting → trial)
  • Speed of progression through the funnel
  • SDR productivity and output
  • Re-engagement of inactive opportunities
