Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced handymen with repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks
  • Learn the safe operation and maintenance of hand and power tools
  • Set up and clean up job sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Transport tools and materials between vehicles and job sites
  • Support painting, drywall, carpentry, and fixture installation projects
  • Follow project plans, company procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company

Requirements

Must Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean and reliable vehicle for traveling to scheduled work sites
  • Willingness to complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong verbal communication skills when interacting with homeowners and teammates
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to punctuality
  • Previous hands-on experience with home repairs, maintenance, or personal DIY projects
  • Basic familiarity with common household tools

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience assisting on construction, maintenance, or handyman projects
