Cabify, a leading, fast-growing, technology-driven mobility company with a strong footprint in Spain and Latin America, is looking for a Head of B2B to take full ownership of its B2B business and accelerate its next phase of growth in one of its most strategic markets.

This is a senior leadership role with high visibility, combining end-to-end business ownership with a strong hands-on approach to structuring, scaling, and strengthening the commercial operation.


Key responsibilities

  • Own and lead Cabify’s B2B business in Spain, with full accountability for performance, growth, and execution.

  • Structure, scale, and professionalize the commercial operation, ensuring clarity, focus, and speed across teams.

  • Lead and develop sales and post-sales teams, driving performance, engagement, and accountability.

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy across multiple B2B segments and solutions.

  • Establish clear commercial processes, prioritization frameworks, and pipeline management practices.

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and global teams to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Own planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, translating strategy into measurable results.

  • Act as a key contributor in local leadership forums, providing business insight and executional leadership.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or B2B leadership roles.

  • Strong background leading and scaling commercial operations and teams.

  • Proven experience driving execution in complex, competitive environments.

  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to combine strategic thinking and operational execution.

  • Experience in technology, marketplace, SaaS, mobility, or multi-product environments is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and commercial KPIs.
