The Role

Own and elevate our VIP strategy, turning our most valuable players into lifelong advocates through world-class experiences, sharp commercial thinking, and inspirational team leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Define and execute a high-impact VIP strategy that drives player retention, lifetime value, and engagement on a global scale

  • Set, own, and exceed KPIs and revenue targets that keep the VIP division performing at its peak

  • Use player data and performance insights to sharpen segmentation, refine journeys, and unlock commercial opportunities

  • Deliver truly personalised VIP experiences — tailored rewards, exclusive events, and white-glove service for top-tier players

  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product to create seamless, joined-up experiences across every touchpoint

  • Manage the global VIP budget, allocating resources strategically to maximise ROI and stay ahead of the competition

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive experience in VIP management, CRM, or high-value customer strategy within online gaming or gambling

  • A proven track record of building and scaling VIP programs with measurable commercial results

  • Hands-on leadership experience with the ability to inspire teams and drive a shared vision

  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable turning data into strategy and strategy into action

  • Deep understanding of VIP customer behaviour, expectations, and relationship management

  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and embraces change
