Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems on heavy equipment, including wiring, sensors, and control modules
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and motor graders
- Troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability
- Repair or replace defective electrical components and systems
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic with a focus on electrical systems
- Experience working on large machinery such as excavators, dozers, and motor graders
- Strong understanding of electrical diagnostics, wiring, and hydraulic/electronic integration
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
