Key Responsibilities
- Sales & High-Volume Recruitment
· Lead full-cycle recruitment for **India-based Sales teams, Operations, Leadership, and specialized roles **.
· Build and maintain high-volume, high-velocity pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
· Ensure timely hiring while maintaining strong quality-of-hire standards.
· Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract **hard-to-find talent in competitive markets **, especially for sales and revenue-generating roles.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
· Mentor and manage a **small-to-medium recruitment team **, ensuring execution excellence.
· Set and track **recruiter KPIs **: submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and time-to-fill.
· Monitor recruiter performance, provide coaching, and drive accountability.
· Promote a culture of speed, ownership, and results within the recruitment team.
- Process Optimization & ATS Management
· Support the design, implementation, and optimization of **ATS workflows, dashboards, and recruitment reporting **.
· Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase hiring efficiency.
· Maintain structured interview scorecards, evaluation frameworks, and SLAs to ensure consistency and quality.
· Leverage data and metrics to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement
· Partner with India leadership, hiring managers, and functional heads to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles.
· Provide data-driven updates on **pipeline health, hiring progress, and challenges **.
· Act as a reliable point of contact for **all recruitment activities in India **.
What We’re Looking For
·**5+ years of experience in Indian recruitment **, preferably in high-volume sales and leadership hiring.
