• Manages and supervises the Quality Management & HSEE org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Management & HSEE
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Management & HSEE
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) / French (mandatory)
• Professional certifications are considered an advantage (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position covering Quality Management and/or HSEE within a manufacturing environment.
• Mandatory experience in the automotive wiring harness industry.
• Proven experience managing Quality and HSEE functions at plant and/or country level.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple production sites.
