The Role:
As a Care Professional with Home Instead Charnwood, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, personalised care to our clients. You’ll be working closely with individuals in their homes, offering support with daily tasks such as:
- Companionship: Building meaningful connections and offering emotional support.
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Home Help: Supporting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
- Medication Support: Assisting clients with taking prescribed medications.
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to live as independently as possible while providing the care they need.
Locations: Syston, Sileby, Thurmaston, Birstall, East Goscote, and surrounding areas
Availability: Weeknights & Mornings (Flexible Contract)
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Caring and compassionate, with a desire to make a positive impact.
- Reliable and flexible, able to commit to working either weeknights, mornings, or both.
- Good communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with clients.
- A team player with a proactive attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
- A full UK driving license and access to reliable transport is essential.
