Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the assigned residence or facility to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized environment.

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

  • Manage household budgets, expenses, and inventories, ensuring cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.

  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and special projects.

  • Plan and coordinate events, gatherings, and special occasions as required by the company or residents.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the premises.
