Job responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the assigned residence or facility to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized environment.

Supervise and coordinate the work of household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Manage household budgets, expenses, and inventories, ensuring cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.

Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and special projects.

Plan and coordinate events, gatherings, and special occasions as required by the company or residents.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the premises.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job requirements:

Proven experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role in a residential or hospitality setting.
