Our client is a Leading Multidisciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consulting Firm with a long-standing legacy in Saudi Arabia since 1983. They are known for their excellence in the Real Estate and Construction consultancy sector, delivering high-end projects across the Kingdom.

About the Role

TAJ HR is seeking an experienced and self-driven HR & Admin Specialist to join this established firm. This is a standalone role (Individual Contributor) where you will have full ownership of the HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and full compliance with the latest Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management: Handle the end-to-end monthly Payroll cycle, including overtime, deductions, and End-of-Service Benefits (ESOB), ensuring full compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS) via Mudad.

• Time & Attendance: Design and manage attendance tracking for office and site-based staff. Plan and monitor all types of leaves and holidays to ensure project continuity.

• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage medical insurance, and handle all office administrative tasks independently.

• Government Platforms: Full mastery of Saudi government portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Absher Business for visas, contracts, and renewals.

• Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR activities and company policies are in strict alignment with the latest Saudi Labor Law.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid HR & Admin experience (Construction/Real Estate experience is highly preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems.
  • Independence: Proven ability to manage all tasks as an Individual Contributor without a supporting team.
  • Languages: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
