Position Overview:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in managing day-to-day HR activities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. This is an on-site position based in Serbia, where you will work closely with both local and global HR teams to ensure the efficient functioning of HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
    • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Office manager duties.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
    • Prepare and maintain HR reports as required by management.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist with the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance management issues.
    • Support the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Support the payroll process by gathering necessary data and ensuring accuracy.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 year of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Serbian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Serbian and English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR software and HRIS systems.
