Job Summary

The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce management. The role focuses on HR reporting, data analysis, workforce metrics, and supporting HR initiatives with data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

  • HR Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management and HR leadership
  • Monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends
  • Maintain accurate Learning & Development (L&D) records, including training completion and certification data, and provide regular reports to management eg. training status and upcoming certification expirations
  • Support the development and automation of HR reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or data analysis
  • Experience working with HR systems (HRMS) and data reporting tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and workforce analytics
  • Experience with HR systems and reporting platforms
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
