Join LEONI’s Global HR team and support our HR Analytics function in delivering high-quality data, meaningful insights and reliable reporting. As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will play an important operational role by ensuring HR data quality, preparing reports and analyses, and supporting data-driven decision-making across our global organization. You will become part of an international HR Analytics team, working closely with colleagues primarily based in Germany, Romania and Tunisia, while collaborating with HR teams across all LEONI locations worldwide

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with data, has an analytical mindset and wants to develop in the field of HR Analytics within an international environment.

What will be your responsibilities?         

  • Support the maintenance, validation and continuous improvement of HR data quality across global HR systems
  • Perform regular data quality checks, identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions with local HR teams
  • Support data cleansing, harmonization and the standardization of HR reporting processes
  • Prepare regular HR reports, KPI dashboards and operational analyses for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct trend analyses and support reporting related to employee turnover, absence and other HR metrics
  • Prepare presentations and reporting materials for management meetings and other key stakeholders
  • Support operational HR Analytics activities and contribute to continuous process improvements

Qualifications

  • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
  • First experience in reporting, data analysis, HR administration or HR Analytics is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking and affinity for working with data
  • Structured, detail-oriented and organized way of working
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
  • Proactive team player with good communication and organizational skills

Basic gross guaranteed salary: 1400 EUR/Brutto 

The final salary may be higher than the advertised minimum and will be determined individually based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and the requirements of the position.
