We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner to partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will help build engaged, high-performing teams by supporting performance, development, employee relations, and key HR initiatives while ensuring our people practices align with business goals.

Key responsibilities:
Partner with managers on employee lifecycle processes and provide guidance on people-related matters;
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a high-performing culture;
Ensure a smooth onboarding and adaptation process for new and promoted employees;
Support performance review and talent development processes in collaboration with managers;
Partner with managers on individual development plans and follow up on progress;
Manage employee relations and conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees;
Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements;
Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement action plans based on business and employee needs;
Monitor key HR metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Required Experience:
3–5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist;
Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, employee relations, onboarding, and development;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
Ability to build trusted relationships and advise managers on people-related topics;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset;
Experience working with HRIS systems;
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred;
Fluent English and Russian are required.
