FinteqHub continues to expand the team and is looking for HR Business Partner. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner to partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will help build engaged, high-performing teams by supporting performance, development, employee relations, and key HR initiatives while ensuring our people practices align with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers on employee lifecycle processes and provide guidance on people-related matters;

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a high-performing culture;

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding and adaptation process for new and promoted employees;

  • Support performance review and talent development processes in collaboration with managers;

  • Partner with managers on individual development plans and follow up on progress;

  • Manage employee relations and conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees;

  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements;

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement action plans based on business and employee needs;

  • Monitor key HR metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required Experience:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist;

  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, employee relations, onboarding, and development;

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;

  • Ability to build trusted relationships and advise managers on people-related topics;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset;

  • Experience working with HRIS systems;

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred;

  • Fluent English and Russian are required.
