HR Coordinator

Currently, we are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team who thrives in a demanding, fast-moving environment.

What you will do as our new HR Coordinator

• Create job listings, source candidates, and screen applications using resume databases.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Document feedback from interviews, assist in candidate assessments, and ensure continuous communication with candidates.
• Track candidate progress, maintain records in HRIS.
• Assist other business units with administrative duties as required.
• Drive employee engagement through events, cultural celebrations, team-building programs
• Oversee daily administrative operations by coordinating housekeeping services and maintaining workspace hygiene.
• Coordinate facility management activities including vendor liaison, maintenance follow-ups, security coordination, visitor access, and logistical arrangements.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry inventory, and procurement.
• Handle team’s attendance reconciliation and manage Hinote attendance records.
• Manage expense point accounts for the Chennai and CTO teams.
  
  

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Strong interest in Human Resources with a desire to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Qualification

• MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
