Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment coordination, offboarding and onboarding activities, and general HR administration. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR operations and the opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support and assist in ongoing **employer branding initiatives **, including social media content, candidate outreach, and market research.
- Assist in offboarding and onboarding activities and orientation processes for new hires to ensure a positive employee experience and complete exit clearance.
- Handle various **HR administrative tasks **, including documentation, filing, and maintaining employee records.
- Provide support in general HR activities and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field **.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactiveness, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to assigned task.
- Internship period: 3 to 6 months
