HR Intern- Libra AI Bengaluru | Internship | 3–6 months
Who We Are Libra AI is an early-stage AI startup building an Agentic WorkOS- connect your tools, tell it what you need, it handles the busywork.
What You'll Do
Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Own onboarding — offers, tool access (Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub), day-one readiness.
Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Plan team events, engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
Draft HR policies and process docs as we scale.
Track attendance, leaves, and help with payroll coordination.
Research compensation benchmarks and hiring best practices.
Support ad-hoc projects from the leadership team.
What We're Looking For
Fresh Grad or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication skills — you'll be the first touchpoint for candidates.
Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack.
Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive data.
Self-starter who works well in ambiguity — no 200-page HR manuals here.
Available to work from Bengaluru office at least 3 days/week.
Bonus If You Have
Prior HR or recruiting internship experience.
Familiarity with HRIS tools (BambooHR, Zoho People).
Interest in AI/SaaS startups.
Basic understanding of Indian labor law.
