As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Position Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to our talent acquisition strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR Recruitment and Operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Candidate Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss open positions and gauge their interest.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on specified criteria.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help prepare interview schedules and follow-up communications.

Operational Support:
- Assist with maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records.
- Help with onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and identifying areas for efficiency.

Research and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing strategies for niche roles.
- Compile reports on recruitment metrics and candidate feedback for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a regular MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Onboarding & Induction
- Assist in planning and executing onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Support conducting orientation sessions and basic training for new joiners.
- Facilitate smooth assimilation of employees into the organizational culture.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and communication programs.
- Assist in organizing events and activities to enhance employee experience.
- Help conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve engagement levels.
- Participate in awareness programs related to HR policies and practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
