HR Intern

Maxwell Energy Systems specializes in advanced electronics for electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage systems. The company is well-regarded for its smart battery management systems (BMS), which are used in various applications including two and three-wheelers, passenger and commercial vehicles, and industrial applications like electric forklifts and mining equipment. Founded in 2016, it has rapidly grown and was acquired by Endurance Technologies in 2022. Maxwell Energy focuses on delivering scalable and high-quality BMS solutions to OEMs and other partners in the EV industry.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Position Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to our talent acquisition strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR Recruitment and Operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Candidate Outreach:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss open positions and gauge their interest.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on specified criteria.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Help prepare interview schedules and follow-up communications.

• Operational Support:

  • Assist with maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records.
  • Help with onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and identifying areas for efficiency.

• Research and Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to identify new sourcing strategies for niche roles.
  • Compile reports on recruitment metrics and candidate feedback for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a regular MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Onboarding & Induction

• Assist in planning and executing onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Support conducting orientation sessions and basic training for new joiners.
• Facilitate smooth assimilation of employees into the organizational culture.

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and communication programs.
• Assist in organizing events and activities to enhance employee experience.
• Help conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve engagement levels.
• Participate in awareness programs related to HR policies and practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
• Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
