About the role
Responsabilities:
HR Manager of the Romanian site: recruitment, onboarding, administration, employee relations, performance management and offboarding, in compliance with local labor law and company HR policies.
Active partnership with local operational management; regular reporting and collaboration with the HR Team.
Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and implementation of Group HR policies.
Managing employee relations and engagement and organizational culture programs.
Coordinating payroll processes and administering employee benefits.
Define, implement, and monitor internal procedures and policies related to Human Resources.
Identifies training needs in collaboration with managers from other departments, develops a learning and development plan, and ensures that these plans are implemented.
Qualifications:
Min. 5 years HR experience, of which at least 3 years as HR Manager, HRBP or equivalent, in an international / production unit.
Solid knowledge of Romanian labor law; experience in matrix structures with international reporting lines.
Advanced English language skills (mandatory); proven ability to operate with full autonomy at site level.
University degree (HR, Business Administration, Law or Psychology); advantage: Master's in HR or MBA.
