Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources, demonstrating expertise in the following areas:
Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Organizational Development (OD): Support the development and implementation of organizational development strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance employee engagement and performance.
Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and align with business objectives.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, including salary and grading, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Proven track record of successful HR management and implementation of HR strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
