Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources, demonstrating expertise in the following areas:

• Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Organizational Development (OD): Support the development and implementation of organizational development strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance employee engagement and performance.

• Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and align with business objectives.

• Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, including salary and grading, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

• HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Proven track record of successful HR management and implementation of HR strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
