Key Responsibilities
- Sales & High-Volume Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for **India-based Sales teams, Operations, Leadership, and specialized roles **.
- Build and maintain high-volume, high-velocity pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ensure timely hiring while maintaining strong quality-of-hire standards.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract **hard-to-find talent in competitive markets **, especially for sales and revenue-generating roles.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Mentor and manage a **small-to-medium recruitment team **, ensuring execution excellence.
- Set and track **recruiter KPIs **: submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and time-to-fill.
- Monitor recruiter performance, provide coaching, and drive accountability.
- Promote a culture of speed, ownership, and results within the recruitment team.
- Process Optimization & ATS Management
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of **ATS workflows, dashboards, and recruitment reporting **.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase hiring efficiency.
- Maintain structured interview scorecards, evaluation frameworks, and SLAs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Leverage data and metrics to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement
