What You Will Do
-
Serve as the Head of Department and act as the key HR business partner to plant leadership.

Provide strategic HR leadership by developing and executing HR strategies, leading workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and succession planning.

Oversee talent acquisition and workforce development, including onboarding, retention strategies, structured training programs, and succession pipelines.

Lead performance and rewards management, including performance appraisal cycles, KPI setting, and salary benchmarking.

Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management through HR audits, inspections, statutory compliance, and monitoring HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and manpower costs.
What You Will Need
-
8 to 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.

Background in structured, compliance-heavy, or joint-venture environments is preferred.

Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across plant operations and Group HR.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven reporting.
