HR Manager - Packaging Industry

You will provide expert support in:
* Recruitment and selection
* Team performance management
* Compensation and benefits management
* Succession planning, health, safety and wellness
* Training and development of employees
* Maintain employee relations and labour relations

Qualifications

What can we offer:
* Base Salary : $75K to $85K
* Bonus : 10%
* Other Benefits : Medical,Dental,Retirement

What are we looking in our HR Manager?
* You have 5-9 years experience in Human Resource.
* You have 2-3 years in a leadership role.
* You've worked for more than 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
* If you can speak in Spanish, that would be our biggest asset.
* You've have an degree in HR Management
