About this role
- Administration
· Manage service delivery and the day-to-day operations of administrative transactional processes including staff and non-staff human resources servicing, stationery and uniform management and administration.
· Interact with HR service providers, such as background check companies and benefits providers, payments, ensuring smooth service delivery and addressing issues.
· Control the factory cleaning to ensure it’s always in a good situation.

· Manage the transportation suppliers & arrange transportation daily to ensure the best service & convenience to all employees.
· Control taxi cost and ensure it is under budget.

· Respond all company events and staff welfare activities to promote professional & good working environment for employees such as team building, new year party, monthly birthday celebrations as well as Gifts on special occasions.
· Receptionist: receive and transfer the calls, manage Meeting Rooms and prepare logistics to welcome visitors.
- Recruitments
· Post vacancies on various job portals. Search candidates, screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
· Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires (welcome kits, handbooks, and necessary paperwork for new employees)
· Support for any activity in recruitment: job fair, scholarship, internship, etc.
- Personnel Management:
· Ensure that employees’ personal data in HR Paradise System is updated accordingly and accurately.
· Register the personal tax code, dependent for employees.
· Ensure all necessary documents and information are collected from new employees and entered into the HR database accurately.
· Manage offboarding processes, including collecting company property, and processing termination paperwork.
- Employment relationship (ER)
· Carry out Company Events/ team building activities: NYP, Company trip, Christmas, etc…
· Prepare and present gifts to employees according to company policy.
- Others
- Carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Managers.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.

More priorities for candidate experienced in HR field.

Basic understanding of Labor Code and HR principles.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office/PC applications.

Fluently verbal and written communication skills in English Language.
